This product is a BASE PLATE GASKET 40X40X1. The gasket gets used to adjust the degree of vertical profile and uneven ground. It slides in right beneath a mounting plate and the bolts go right through its center. You can use these to ensure your mounting blocks are leveled out correctlu before completing a construction.
